The highest specification finish of fibrous plaster was achieved throughout this six-storey house inclusive of sub basement.

​

The stunning swimming pool area included a gym, spa and plunge pool with impressive GRG ceiling domes and lighting troughs. The large ceiling dome over the swimming pool featured constellation holes with tiny speck lights inserted for visual effect. Two further domes were installed over the spa and gym. 

​

Fibrous plaster work in the form of bespoke arches and wall panels were constructed around the entire pool, gym and spa area, All other wall and ceilings finishes within these areas were fibrous plaster.  

​

A mix of bespoke fibrous plaster cornices, both enriched and plain columns, vaulted ceilings, wall and ceiling panel mouldings, staff beads, door mouldings, skirtings and shadow gaps were installed throughout the house, all manufactured in fibrous plaster of the highest quality.

The scale of the work completed was vast with rooms including - Entrance Hall, Entrance Lobby, Dining Room, Drawing Room, Great Hall, Great Room, Sitting Room, Study, Billiard room, Massage Area, Laundry, Kitchen, Changing Areas, Master Bedroom, Dressing Room and En Suites - both his and hers, all bedrooms and en suites, and staff areas.
